Request for Quote – Roof Replacement at 104 Haylmore Ave. Gold Bridge (Community Resource Building)
The Bridge River Valley is seeking a request for a quote on the replacement of the roof on the Community Resource Building at 104 Haylmore . Please see attached photos.
Basic Specifications
- The Community Resource Building is a Heritage status building.
- The roof needs to be replaced with a like style, color and material.
- An assessment onsite and report back needs to occur along with quote.
Pricing:
- The proposal will be for a fixed price for time, materials, equipment and any out of pocket expenses.
Other requirements:
- WorkSafeBC Number will be required unless the proponent optionally and at the discretion of the BRVCA make the proponent an employee so that the proponent will work under the BRVCA’s WorkSafeBC Policy.
- General Commercial Liability Insurance Policy must be submitted unless the proponent optionally and at the discretion of the BRVCA make the proponent an employee so that the proponent will work under the BRVCA’s General Commercial Liability Insurance Policy.
