Expression of Interest – Construction Manager – Bralorne Mines Office Rehabilitation
 
The BRVCA is seeking expressions of interest from qualified construction managers for the Bralorne Mines Office Rehabilitation.  The scope of project work involves structural upgrades to wood framing and new concrete and wood frames stairs/ramps, HVAC/plumbing replacement,  electrical system and lighting upgrades, new sprinkler system and fire alarm system, new partitions and interior finishes, and exterior grading and drainage works.  The scope of CM services include site supervision, work by own forces, and management of specific trade contracts made directly with BRVCA.
 
A CCDC 5 Construction Management Standard Contract with Supplemental Conditions tailored to this project will be the form of agreement.

Expression of Interest – Project Coordinator – Bralorne Pioneer Mine Office Building Conservation and Adaptive Reuse Project

The Bridge River Valley Community Association is seeking a part time project coordinator to extend through December 2022.
Project duties will include interfacing between the Owner/Project and the building users. 
This involves bringing input from the museum and residential users to inform the rehabilitation design, clearing out redundant items, organizing artifacts for future display, and will likely be informing the museum and other stakeholders on design and impacts. 
The selected consultant will need to work with the team of professionals and construction manager on completing the conservation and adaptive reuse of the building.
The successful consultant will have a strong understanding of the project and the Bralorne Pioneer Museum.
 
Skills and Experience must include:
A combination of education and experience in the field of heritage conservation with 10 years experience
Excellent understanding the the upper Bridge River Valley, its history and heritage, in particular the Bralorne Pioneer Museum
Demonstrated successful experience working with a team of professionals and community and non-profit participants
